Adán Cerda is a bilingual attorney assisting injured clients in Colorado since 2011. Adán began his trial experience while working for the District Attorney’s Office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Adán’s career continued as a personal injury trial attorney in Colorado Springs for five years before joining the Workers’ Compensation firm of Martinez Tenreiro & LaForett in 2016.
Adán was born in Los Angeles, California and then lived in the state of Michoacán, Mexico. Adán grew up in a very humble upbringing while learning the values of discipline, sincerity, and determination from his single-parent mother. These core principles helped Adán earn full scholarship offers from Arizona State University and the University of Arizona. Adán graduated from Arizona State University with a business degree in Economics.
Adán attended the Thomas R. Kline School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was highly active in volunteer programs amassing over 250 volunteer hours in three years including: mentoring high school students in the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project; providing tax services to underprivileged families through the VITA and TCE Programs; visiting Haiti and co-authoring a human rights report on housing issues in the slums of Cité Soleil, Haiti; child advocacy with the Juvenile Detention Project; interdisciplinary coordinator for Bridging the Gaps collaboration; and several leadership positions within student organizations.
Adán has dedicated his life to service of others. He worked as a licensed real estate agent for three years while attending Arizona State University. He worked as an immigration law intern with the law firm of Goldblum & Hess in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania. Adán knows the value of trust and honesty when helping clients handle sensitive and personal information.
