Noralba Muñoz, Paralegal, was born in Durango, Mexico. Together with her family she moved to the United States at the age of four. Noralba attended Arapahoe Community College. She has over fifteen years of experience in the administrative field. In October 2015, Noralba decided to take a new challenge and joined the Martinez Tenreiro Law, LLC team as Elsa Martinez Tenreiro’s paralegal. She finds this work to be rewarding as she enjoys helping others. Noralba is a proud mother of two wonderful kids. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as taking road trips with her family to her native town in Mexico.
Josiah Cohen, Paralegal, has been with Martinez Tenreiro Law, LLC since 2016. Born in New York and raised in West Philadelphia, he has lived and worked overseas in Costa Rica, Spain, and the Dominican Republic. Josiah graduated cum laude from Wheaton College (IL) with dual degrees in Music and Spanish. He has also studied French and Arabic. At Wheaton, he worked as an editor, writer, and research consultant, developing skills he would later apply to the fast-paced, detail-oriented work in a law office. After teaching music in Santiago, Dominican Republic, he moved to Denver, CO to marry his best friend. A strong believer in advocacy work, Josiah is energized by helping attorneys provide the very best defense for injured workers in the beautiful Rocky Mountain State.
Lourdes M. Rivera
Lourdes M. Rivera, Paralegal. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, moved to Denver in 1991 with her 4 year old son, and has been a “Denverite” since then. Her son has grown up to be a partial business owner and she is the proud grandmother of a beautiful little 8 year old girl. Lourdes has been a paralegal both in New York City and in Denver, Colorado – always working for the people – [Plaintiffs/Claimants]. Lourdes graduated from college, just 2 blocks away of what was the World Trade Center, with her major in Marketing, and her minor in English Literature. Yet, it was the law that captured her attention, this is in part, because her father’s philosophy to her was, “you always have an answer to everything – you should become a lawyer”. A lawyer she did not become, but a well-placed Paralegal she is. Lourdes has worked for Martinez Tenreiro Law, LLC since 2011. She worked for Pepe J. Mendez & Associates, P.C. as of 2009 as Ms. Martinez Tenreiro’s paralegal.
Lorie Offner has been the file clerk for Martinez Tenreiro Law, LLC since its inception in 2011. Prior to that, she worked as the file clerk of the predecessor firm, Pepe J. Mendez & Associates, PC, for five years. She received her Associate of Arts Degree from Community College of Denver, Auraria Campus. Lorie is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). Lorie is a Colorado native. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
Eva Campos Garcia
Eva Campos Garcia, Receptionist. She has been with Martinez Tenreiro Law, LLC since 2011. She was born and raised in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. She graduated from Law School at University of Guadalajara in 1993. She worked in Guadalajara at Department of Labor as Administrative Assistant, as “Procuradora Auxiliar del Trabajo” mediating between workers and employers to reach Settlements.
She has also worked as a labor Attorney representing workers at Administrative Labor Courts: “Junta Local de Conciliación y Arbitraje”, as auxiliary Labor Judge Attorney, “Presidente Auxiliar”, conducting administrative labor Hearings and dictating cases’ Orders: “Proyecto de Laudo”, submitting them for approval and signature of Labor Judge: “Presidente Especial de la Cuarta Junta Local del Estado de Jalisco”. Her philosophy: “I believe in working with cordiality, respect, professionalism and compassion for others”
