Lennée Mozia, Attorney
Lennée Mozia is an attorney who has been assisting clients in Colorado since 2016. Lennée was born and raised in Colorado. She received her B.A. in Literature from Duke University, and her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. Lennée enjoys using her language skills to assist Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clientele alike, and she is skilled in legal research, problem-solving and advocacy.
Monica Sutherland
Monica Sutherland, paralegal, was born and raised in the Denver area. She recently moved back to Denver after completing her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Spanish from the University of San Diego in May 2018. During her time at the University of San Diego, Monica participated in many clubs and extracurriculars, including University Ministry and Alpha Delta Pi sorority. Additionally, Monica studied abroad in Madrid, Spain for 4 months, where she took classes regarding Spain’s political system and spent time tutoring Spanish children in the English language. Monica joined the Adan Cerda & Associates, LLC team in July 2018, and enjoys learning the intricacies of the law and being able to advocate for injured workers across Colorado. She plans on going to law school and getting her master’s degree in International Studies. In her free time, Monica enjoys running, yoga, watching baseball, and spending time with loved ones.
Lorie Offner
Lorie Offner has been the file clerk for Adan Cerda & Associates, LLC since its inception. She worked for the predecessor firms 1) Alvarado, LaForett & Martinez Tenreiro, LLC 2) Martinez Tenreiro & LaForett, LLC 3) Martinez Tenreiro Law. Prior to that, she worked as the file clerk of the predecessor firms Pepe J. Mendez & Associates PC for five years. She received her Associate of Arts Degree from Community College of Denver, Aurora Campus. Lorie is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). Lorie is a Colorado native. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
Eva Campos Garcia, Receptionist
She works with Adan Cerda & Associates, LLC since 2018. She has worked as receptionist since 2007 with the predecessor firms: Pepe Mendez & Associates, P.C., Alvarado LaForett & Martinez Tenreiro, LLC, Martinez Tenreiro & LaForett, LLC, and Martinez Tenreiro Law, LLC. Her philosophy: “work with cordiality, respect, professionalism and compassion for others.”
Ashlyn Eddy
Ashlyn Eddy, Paralegal, was born and raised in Austin, Texas. She moved to Colorado in 2014 to study at the University of Colorado Boulder and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Spanish in December 2017. While at CU Boulder, she had the opportunity to study abroad in Alicante, Spain for 5 months and hopes to visit many more Spanish speaking countries in the near future. Ashlyn joined the Adan Cerda & Associates, LLC team in January 2018. She plans to attend law school and her ultimate goal is to become a Judge. She greatly enjoys the fast-paced and fulfilling work she does here and feels lucky to be able to provide support to injured workers across Colorado while building her knowledge of the law.
Jackie Vizcarra
Jackie Vizcarra, paralegal, originally from Cd. Juarez Chihuahua Mexico, moved to Colorado in 2002. She is currently working in a Paralegal Associates Degree at Arapahoe Community College, an ABA approved institution. She is bilingual English/Spanish and enjoys being able to work closely with the community at Adan Cerda & Associates, LLC. She enjoys hiking and spending time with her family in her free time.
Nayda Benitez
Nayda Benitez, paralegal, was born in Puebla, Mexico. She immigrated to the U.S. with her family at the age of 7 and has lived in Colorado since. In 2018, Nayda joined the miniscule percentage of DACA students that graduate from college. After earning her degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, she worked for the Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition serving predominantly Latino communities in Southern Colorado. She joined Adan Cerda & Associates in January 2019 to learn more about the law and to continue working with Spanish-speaking populations. In her spare time, Nayda enjoys reading, running, and spending time with family.
